The New Gospel: Annotated Version

This annotated version of the New Gospel looks behind the text to deeper meaning, including deconstruction of its parables and antitheses.  It presents historical and scientific knowledge that background the New Gospel, and makes comparisons with the Hebrew Bible, the New Testament, and Greek philosophy.  It places the New Gospel within a context of possible sources, including quotations for many of its ideas, drawn from the entire literary legacy of Western civilization, or a “great conversation of the wise” as the New Gospel (1:15) calls it.
